Under this project, Choice Ghana again source for funding from GTF through Participatory Development Associate (PDA) to implement a project titled promoting effective collaboration between Traditional Authority and the youth in the East Gonja District with particular focus on Kpembe community. This project seeks to network and facilitate dialogue with TA to be more accountable, transparent and responsible to the community through the involvement of the youth in decision making processes. A number of success were chalked including the opening of a community development account with an initial mobilisation of ghc2500, development of community action plan, establishment of a youth body structure that acts as a liaison between the chiefs and the youth. This structure is receiving greater recognition both from traditional authority and the political front where the body is currently initiating development projects in the community and securing jobs for young people of the community.
